Shipping Policy
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes combining orders, adjustments to your order, or shipping details. Our team cannot adjust an order in transit. If you need to cancel an order, please immediately contact our Linen & Logs Support Team by emailing support@linenandlogs.com. We will do our best to stop the order before it is prepared. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.
We offer shipping within the United States. We only offer free shipping within the US on orders over $75.
We ship orders using eco-friendly packaging materials. Shipping prices are based on USPS, UPS, and DHL estimates, and all orders include tracking details and delivery confirmation.
We do offer Local pickup with code LOCAL. You will receive a text message or an email letting you know when the order is ready for pickup.
Our goal is to process your order within 7 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped. Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times.
Our products are made with oils, butters, and waxes that will melt in high temperatures. Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If an order is missing or damaged and you have purchased this coverage, please contact our Team at support@linenandlogs.com and we will work to resolve the issue and get your products to you promptly.
Linen & Logs is not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
Linen & Logs is not responsible for lost, stolen, and undelivered packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, Linen & Logs will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
